Ontario reports close to 14,000 new COVID-19 cases

Ontario has set a new one-day high for new COVID-19 cases with over 13,000.

The province added 13,807 new cases on Thursday with test positivity at a record high 30.5 per cent.

There are 200 people in intensive care.

Eight more deaths were recorded over the last day.

The seven day average has reached 10,328.
