HPPH virtual booking portal offline until at least mid-January

You won’t be able to book your COVID-19 booster shot online through Huron Perth Public Health until the middle of the month at the earliest.

While it was hoped the virtual portal would be reopened this week, HPPH officials say technical issues have prompted the move to a new system from a different provider.

It’s expected to be up and running by mid-January.

The rise in cases from Omicron, as well as the changes in eligibility for booster shots, caused a very large group of people to try and book their shots online at one time which led to unresolvable technical issues.

You can still book your shots by calling HPPH.
