Eligible essential workers have access to emergency child care in our region.
Officials with the City of Stratford say the care is for school-aged children and the spaces in the city, as well as in St.Marys and Perth County, are allocated in chronological order from the date they are applied for.
The spots are only available for those listed as essential services by the Province of Ontario and families must have exhausted all other possibilities for child care.
There’s no cost to those who are approved.
Registration begins at 9 o’clock Thursday morning through the City of Stratford.
