HPPH now using provincial system for online vaccine bookings

You can now make an appointment for your COVID-19 vaccine though the provincial booking system.

Huron Perth Public Health officials say they have switched over to the system and appointments for clinics beginning on Monday can now be made.

HPPH announced earlier this month they were changing the way appointments are made online because of technical issues.

“I want to thank everyone for their patience and understanding while our staff transitioned online booking to the provincial system,” says Dr. Miriam Klassen, Medical Officer of Health for Huron Perth.  “I’m also pleased that we are able to offer appointments this week as well.”

Anyone wanting to make an appointment for Friday or Saturday can call the HPPH booking line or use the booking links on the health unit’s website.

Forty-six per cent of people ages 18 and over in Huron Perth have received a booster shot.
