Convoy protest planned in St.Marys for Friday afternoon

There will be major traffic disruptions in St.Marys due to a planned convoy protest.
Town officials say they’ve been advised of the event taking place Friday afternoon starting at around 5 o’clock.
The convoy will go from the east end of Queen Street to the west end and is expected to last around 45 minutes.
The town isn’t affiliated with the protest and organizers and any participants are being asked to be respectful of residents and abide by local by-laws.
Stratford Police say they are aware of the protest and will be monitoring closely.
