Two people are dead and another has serious injuries after a collision south of Hensall.
Just after 10 o’clock Tuesday night, first responders were called to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 4.
Huron County OPP says when they arrived they found two heavily damaged sedans that had collided head-on.
The driver of one of the vehicles, a 27-year-old Hensall man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both the driver and the passenger of the other vehicle, an 86-year-old and an 82-year-old from Exeter, were transported to the hospital where the passenger later died.
An investigation into what happened continues.
