Tricar has announced another development in Stratford.
The company has recently bought the 2.5 acre former Avon School property on Caledonia Street.
They say preliminary plans for the site include two, four-storey, boutique style condominium projects.
Tricar is the company that developed the Thirty Six Front condos on Front Street.
