Fire at Stratford motel sends one person to hospital

One person was transported to the hospital after a fire at a motel in Stratord.
Stratford Fire Chief John Paradis tells MyStratfordNow.com firefighters were called to the Rosecourt Motel on Erie Street around 5:30 Saturday morning.
He says the fire was brought under control just before 6 a.m. Saturday.
The person transported to the hospital had unknown injuries.
Paradis says the bulk of the damage was mainly contained to one suite but smoke damage may have extended beyond the initial fire.
The overall dollar loss for damage and the cause is still under investigation.
