McCotter wins Liberal nomination

The federal Perth-Wellington Liberals have their man.

Stephen McCotter won the nomination last night.

The St. Marys lawyer defeated a fellow St. Marys resident, businessman Colin Thomson.

McCotter will be running in next year’s election against Conservative John Nater.

The NDP have yet to name a candidate for this riding.
