UPDATE: Suspects in Grand Bend fatal stabbing to appear in court Tuesday morning

The accused in the Grand Bend fatal stabbing are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday morning for a bail hearing.

They will appear in court in Sarnia at 8:30 a.m.

Police have charged two people from Stratford after a stabbing in Grand Bend.

Lambton County OPP says officers were called out to an assault in a parking lot on Huron Street around 10 o’clock Friday night.

The victim, identified as 27-year-old Zachary Hartman from Exeter, was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Perth County OPP later arrested and charged 18-year-old Michael Compton and 22-year-old Evan Radtke, both from Stratford, with second-degree murder.

Twenty-one-year-old Madison Hicks from West Perth has been charged with Accessory after the fact to Murder.

The accused are still in custody pending a bail hearing and the investigation into what happened continues.
