A local event is being held to mark World Refugee Day.
The Multicultural Association of Perth-Huron is putting on a barbecue at the Falstaff Family Centre in Stratford on Monday to celebrate the occasion.
Refugees who recently moved to the region from Ukraine will be on hand to meet their new neighbors and others coming from foreign countries.
Festivities run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
