A 75-year-old Clinton man has been charged with counseling to commit murder.
Huron County OPP says they received a report about the suspect on Monday.
Their Crime Unit, under the direction of the Criminal Investigation Branch, then started an investigation and the man has now been charged with Counselling Indictable Offence Which Is Not Committed.
He’s currently in custody and his identity is not being released in order to protect the identity of the victim.
