Perth County OPP is investigating after they say a skatepark in Listowel was painted with graffiti.
Police were called to the park on Derry Street East around 12:30 Monday afternoon after the park was spraypainted for the second time this month.
AÂ derogatory and offensive but non-threatening message was marked on the ground.
Graffiti is a criminal offense called Mischief, according to police, Â that carries a maximum of 2 years in jail upon conviction.
Anyone with information on what happened is asked to call the police or Crime Stoppers.
