North Perth resident charged in arson case

A 27-year-old North Perth man has been charged after police say they intentionally set a fire in a laundry room.

Perth County OPP says they received a report on August 17th of someone setting a fire in the laundry room at a Queen Street address in Listowel.

The suspect was charged with Mischief Endangering Life.

They are scheduled to appear in court in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.
