The City of Stratford and investStratford are launching the next phase of the Stratford Attainable Housing Project.
Officials say the project aims to create more attainable housing in the city by creating an incentives toolkit that can be used.
To come up with ideas, stakeholders and the public will be consulted with and future engagement opportunities will announced.
City Council is expected to consider the implementation work plan and the incentives toolkit in 2023.
If approved by council, the project would encourage private sector investment into housing within the community, while also identifying projects and initiatives that may be implemented by the municipality to assist in housing availability and attainability.
