A 58-year-old Stratford man has been charged after police say they seized weapons from a home in the city.
Police say they executed a warrant at the home in the city’s east end around 7 o’clock Friday night.
As a result of the search, officers say they found a rifle, a shotgun, and multiple rounds of ammunition for each weapon that were stored unsafely and were seized.
Two crossbows and a pellet gun were also located and seized.
The man was charged with Careless Use of a Firearm and he’s scheduled to appear in court in December.
