A 24-year-old London man has been identified as the victim of a fatal two-vehicle collision in West Perth.
Perth County OPP says Mathew Kuilboer was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on Perth Road 180, near Dublin, Monday afternoon.
First responders were called to the collision involving a pickup truck and a commercial vehicle colliding around 3:30 p.m.
The investigation into what happened continues.

One person is dead after a fatal collision in West Perth.
Perth County OPP says they were called out to a collision involving two vehicles on Perth Road 180 at Line 32, near Dublin, around 3:30 Monday afternoon.
Police say they determined that a pickup truck collided with a commercial vehicle.
The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the person who was killed is being withheld pending the notification of the next of kin.
Roads in the area were closed for around four hours but have now reopened.
An investigation into what happened continues.

Perth County OPP says Perth Road 180 at Mill Street as well as Perth Line 32 at Perth Road 180 and Road 179 have reopened following a fatal collision.
