Wind chill warning in effect

We’re in for another day of bone numbing coldness.

A wind chill warning remains in effect for Stratford, Perth and Huron counties.

Bitterly cold Arctic air has settled across Southern and Eastern Ontario.

Conditions are expected to improve early this afternoon as temperatures rise and the wind becomes light.

It is advised you bundle up and cover any exposed skin as much as possible when heading outdoors.

Frostbite may occur in less than 10 minutes.
