You should expect a mail out about service lines one of these days if you own a home in Stratford.
It’s coming from Service Line Warranties of Canada and it’s regarding your responsibility to maintain the service lines connecting your home to the City of Stratford utilities.
The mailing includes information about an optional exterior water or sewer service line repair plan that city officials say will help shield residents from the financial shock of an unexpected repair.
The letters will have the City of Stratford logo to indicate there is a partnership in place, it’s legitimate and the program has been vetted locally.
