Accident claims second victim

Yesterday’s accident in Tillsonburg has claimed another life.

The Oxford County OPP says 80-year-old Raymond Boutin succumbed to his injuries earlier today.

The woman driving the car Boutin was in, 70-year-old Martine Boutin, died yesterday as a result of the crash.

The police are continuing their investigation into the accident.
