More parking could be on the way for the Stratford General Hospital.
At a public meeting Monday night, residents spoke out on a zoning change that will lead to the construction of a new parking lot at 46 General Hospital Drive and 130 Youngs Street.
That area is directly beside the current SGH parking lot and developer GSP Group says the new parking lot construction is in anticipation of the future growth of the hospital.
Made up of 89 spots, the comments made by residents will now be reviewed and used as part of developing the project’s site planning stage.
