School closures and bus cancellations

The nasty weather has caused a bunch of school closures and bus cancellations in both local school boards.

Rural buses to Stratford Central are cancelled.

Stratford Central Elementary and Secondary are open and classes as usual for students who can arrive safely.

Rural and Special Education buses to Stratford Northwestern are cancelled. Stratford Northwestern Elementary is running as usual for students who can arrive safely. Stratford Northwestern Secondary is open for study purposes only .

St. Michael Catholic Secondary School is open for study purposes and individual help only.

All rural buses to Jeanne SauvĂ©, St. Al’s, St. Ambrose, and St. Joe’s have been cancelled. All in town buses are running

Stratford and District Christian School is closed.

In the Town of St. Marys and Area all buses have been cancelled.

South Perth Centennial is closed to students.

St. Marys DVCI Elementary is open for regular classes.

St. Marys DVCI Secondary is open for regular classes for students who can make it there safely.

Holy Name of Mary is open for students who can make it there safely.

In the Milverton Region all buses have been cancelled, and both Milverton and Mornington Schools are closed.

St. Patrick’s (Kinkora), Central Perth, Downie Central, North Easthope are all closed while

Sprucedale is open to students who can arrive safely but the buses are cancelled.

All buses to Mitchell District High School and Upper Thames Elementary School have been cancelled. Both schools are open for students who can arrive safely. Classes will run as usual for grade 7&8 students. The school is open for students in Grades 9-12 for study purposes only.

In Listowel, Howick Central, Elma Township PS, Northwoods, Wallace and St Marys (Listowel) schools are closed.

There are no buses going to Listowel District Secondary School but the school is open for study purposes as is Listowel Eastdale.

There are no buses running to Listowel Central but the school is open for students that can arrive safely

Up near Clinton, Hullett, Huron Centennial, St. Columban, St. Patrick’s (Dublin) and the Huron Christian School are all closed.

Clinton PS – No buses – school open for those who can get there safely

Seaforth PS – no buses –  school open for those who can get there safely

St. James School (Seaforth) – no buses – school open for those who can get there safely

Central Huron Secondary School – no buses – school open for those who can get there safely

St. Joseph’s School (Clinton) and St. Anne’s Catholic Secondary School are closed.

All school buses in London, Middlesex, Oxford, and Elgin County have been cancelled due to weather conditions.

The Thames Valley District School Board and London District Catholic School Board have also confirmed all schools will be closed on Monday.
