It’s almost time to go treasure hunting.
The first Treasure Hunt of the year in Stratford is coming up this weekend with residents able to put any materials they don’t want anymore out by the curb at 4 p.m. on Friday.
Any unclaimed items must be removed by the curb by 3 p.m. on Sunday.
You’re reminded not to leave any items you want to keep, including children’s toys or bicycles, near the curb.
The goal of the event is to promote recycling and keep materials with some useful life out of Stratford’s landfill site.
The next Treasure Hunt weekend is June 23rd to the 25th.
