Masking continues to be required in emergency rooms at hospitals in the region.
Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance officials say the decision to keep the policy in place was made to reflect current health and safety risks.
Masking will also be required for those experiencing symptoms of respiratory infections and if you’re accompanying or visiting a patient with these symptoms.
It’s recommended, but not required, that you wear a mask in other clinical areas of the hospitals.
Anyone entering the hospital is welcome to wear a mask.
