Tributes continue for local teen killed in collision near Tavistock

The Tavistock community continues to mourn a sixteen-year-old killed last weekend in a collision.

Pink ribbons have been tied to poles around the Town in memory of Lillie Riehl who died in a collision last Sunday on Line 29.

A visitation is taking place on Sunday afternoon at W.G. Young Funeral Home.

It starts at 1 p.m. and ends at 5 p.m.

On Monday, a drop-in celebration is being held at the Stratford Country Club and friends of Riehl say it will include dancing, storytelling, and laughter.

The celebration begins at 4 p.m. with remarks at 5 p.m.

Perth County OPP says the investigation into the collision continues.

A Go Fund Me page has also been set up for Riehl’s family.

You can go to it by clicking here.
