Work continues in and around the T.J. Dolan Natural Area in Stratford to protect it from invasive species.
Staff from the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority are spraying herbicide to control Japanese Knotweed and Phragmites, species that can choke out wetlands and reduce biodiversity.
The herbicide is approved for use by Health Canada.
Signs have been placed in areas where the spraying is taking place.
