Perth County OPP laid over 250 speeding charges during the Labour Day long weekend.
Police focused on what they call the “Big 4” bad behaviors that cause collisions during a blitz last weekend, impaired driving, distracted driving, aggressive driving, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
There were 269 Speeding charges, six charges for not wearing a seatbelt, and seven for impaired driving.
Six collisions were also investigated with three involving minor injuries.
