A 43-year-old North Perth resident has been charged after police say they gave out an intimate image without permission.
Just before 9:30 Friday morning, Perth County OPP says they began investigating an intimate partner-related incident in North Perth.
Police say an intimate image of a person was distributed without their consent.
The suspect has been charged with Distribute Intimate Image Without Consent and was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
