The Huron Perth Association of Realtors says home sales dropped in our region last month.
While the number of residential units for sale was up year-over-year by close to 32 per cent, a five-year high, sales were down around ten per cent for the same period.
With the market the way it is, officials say we may see a further softening of conditions before potential buyers are enticed back.
