Two public meetings make up a large part of the next regular meeting for Stratford City Council.
Taking place Monday night, the first meeting involves a zoning change request for a location at the corner of Downie Street and Falstaff Street that would pave the way for a 51-unit inn to be built.
The second meeting is on a site in an area on the east side of Downie Street, across from Whitelock Street, the former home of an auto shop, and involves a request to change what can be located there to include a single detached dwelling.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and is taking place at Stratford City Hall.
