Perth OPP laid charges including unnecessary noise after a driver excessively revved his engine at a red light.
The driver caught the attention of police on July 18 at about 2 p.m. on Ontario Street in Mitchell. A traffic stop was conducted after the driver allegedly revved the engine too much.
A 20-year-old from St. Paul’s Station is also charged for having no mudguards and improper tires.
The vehicle was towed away from the scene.
