St. Marys is welcoming triathletes over the Civic Long weekend.
Sixty young athletes will swim, bike and run, as part of the Ontario Summer Games.
Athletes will swim in the quarry, cycle the streets and run through the grounds of the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame.
The Town of St. Marys notes a number of road closures that will impact local residents from 7 a.m. until Noon on Friday and Saturday.
Parking will be unavailable in the closed areas, but side streets and municipal lots will be open. A detour route will be in place and police, town staff, and volunteers will be onsite to help direct traffic.
Downtown businesses will also be open and operating as usual.
