It will have all the elements of a great birthday party.
The CJCS Centennial Family Party will feature plenty of food, live music and performances and activities for all ages.
It runs 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Market Square on Saturday.
Event planner Kelly Baird said the free, 100th birthday bash for the Stratford radio station promises an enjoyable occasion for the community.
Baird said a lot of behind the scenes work goes into getting ready.
“Truly it takes a village to raise an event.”
CJCS partnered with the Stratford Festival and the Downtown Stratford BIA has also chipped in with support.
“Everyone has been so kind and so helpful.”
Musical guests include Hannah Thomas, Steve Rae and Dayna Manning.
The Ultimutts Animal Actors Show and the Cirquesmith Aerial Arts Show feature for fun family events to watch. Food vendors include Ken’s Fries and Features.
A few speeches to mark the big occasion are also planned.
