OPP still looking for familial DNA in missing Stratford persons case

Huron OPP continue to search for familial DNA for one of two men who went missing in 1967.

Two men departed for a fishing excursion that October from the Port of Goderich and were never seen again.

Hank Englebertus HALFF and Neil WORMSBECKER, ages 29 and 30, went missing on a fishing excursion in Lake Huron.

Both were Stratford residents at the time.

Police located a biological family member for Englebertus HALFF but are still seeking any remaining biological family members for Wormsbecker, to provide a DNA sample to compare against all samples of found human remains in the DNA database.
