High-energy country singer-songwriter performing at The Bunker

A singer-songwriter known for high-energy country with classic rock weaved through is coming to Stratford.

London-based Amanda Keeles is at The Bunker Saturday, part of the second leg of her Ontario tour.

Her debut album “Can’t Stop Me Now!” was released in March and she started the first leg of her tour in February. She’s also released a couple of singles with music videos this year as well.

MyStratfordNow spoke with Keeles to see how this busy year has been for her.

“It has actually been like a whirlwind,” said Keeles.

Keeles left a high-level stock trading career as she spent her life making other people’s dreams come true and wanted to pursue her own, but she brings her business background and experience into her music career.

“I took that leap of faith, and I’m telling you, I’ve had so much fun!” expressed Keeles.

She says her Ontario tour has been a blast, alongside her talented band.

Keeles Nov. 2 show at The Bunker will be a more intimate concert, with seating for 40.

“I hope that everybody in Stratford will come out to the show. It doesn’t really matter what kind of music you like, you’re gonna find something in the show thats appealing to you,” said Keeles.
