Huron-Perth OPP’s Street Crimes Unit contributed towards an investigation that resulted in the seizure of weapons and stolen property in Huron County.
OPP emergency response and tactics and rescue teams also contributed to the investigation that began last month and led police to an address in Crediton, in South Huron.
A search warrant was executed on Jan. 8 on Victoria Avenue East.
Police seized stolen property as well as imitation firearms, knives, brass knuckles, firearm magazines, firearm components, and a stun gun.
A 36-year-old from South Huron face multiple charges including breaking and entering and possession of property obtained by crime.
A Goderich resident, age 43, faces the same charges as well as possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, amongst other criminal charges.
Both accused were remanded into custody.
