The Ten Bucks Back program returns this week.
Run through the Downtown Stratford Business Improvement Area (BIA), it encourages shopping local and supporting small businesses.
You can shop or dine with downtown merchants, starting Saturday and running until Feb. 28, and bring receipts totaling $100 (pre-tax) to Stratford Royal Bank at 33 Downie St. (Mon-Fri), or to the tourism office at 47 Downie St. (Saturdays) to receive a $10 gift certificate.
Jamie Pritchard, BIA GM, said there is nothing more rewarding than getting paid to shop.
Certificates can be used until April 30 at participating downtown businesses.
The BIA has allotted $10,000 towards this program, so it is ‘first come, first served’ until the maximum has been reached.
