GOJHL playoffs: St. Marys host Chatham tonight in Game 3 of Western Conference final

It’s all square in the GOJHL Western Conference final series as Chatham Maroons visit St. Marys Lincolns tonight (April 22).

The puck drops in Game 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Pyramid Recreation Centre.

Carter Gillen’s third period marker, and second of the game, led the Maroons to a 4-3 home ice win over the Lincolns on Sunday.

Connor Hunt and Brody Gillis scored the first two goals of the game for the Maroons.

Ryan Hodkinson, Lincoln Moore and Ryan Cornfield scored for the Lincolns.

The Lincolns won Game 1 at home on Thursday (April 17) 4-0 behind a two-goal effort from forward Kyle Morey.

Luca Spagnolo and Cohen Bidgood, with an empty net, also scored for St. Marys.

Nico Armellin stopped 27 shots for the shutout.

Game 4 is back in Chatham on Thursday, also at 7:30 p.m.
