It promises to be a discussion about the art of adaptation and all things Anne of Green Gables.
Novelist, essayist and cultural commentator Stephen Marche hosts Adapting Anne on Saturday at Lazaridis Hall at the Tom Patterson Theatre.
Joining him is playwright and director Kat Sandler, who will talk about her new adaptation based on the much-loved novel by Lucy Maud Montgomery.
They will tackle how a playwright translates the essence of the written word into dramatic form.
Tickets are still available for $32.
The 90 minute discussion starts at 10:30 a.m.
