Larson’s fraud case returns to court in October

A Stratford man facing fraud charges will return to Ontario Court of Justice in the fall.

Kevin Larson’s case was addressed in court in Stratford on Monday.

A confirmation hearing was set for Oct. 20.

Larson was arrested Jan. 9 at Stratford Police Headquarters. He was charged with 10 counts of fraud over $5,000 and 21 counts of fraud under $5,000.

A breach of undertaking charge against Larson has been withdrawn.
