Plans on Saturday? Summer Sidewalk Sale happening in downtown Stratford

It’s an opportunity to shop and dine downtown, meet some of the city’s business owners and their staff, and support local.

Downtown Stratford BIA are hosting their annual summer sidewalk sale on Saturday.

Jamie Pritchard with Downtown Stratford BIA said local businesses have some good deals happening. Combined with more people choosing to shop local and spend their money in Canada on day trips, it’s a big day for the downtown.

“We are inviting you all to come down. Make sure it’s on your calendar (and) list of things to do.”

The BIA HQ near Pazzo Pizzeria will feature a fish pond and free popcorn. Pritchard said if guests bring in receipts totaling $100 or more before taxes, they can enter a draw for $100 downtown dollars.

“So spend $500, get five draw tickets.”
