It’s a celebration of the bond between people and pets.

Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth has announced the return of Dash & Splash on Sunday at Kiwanis Park Splash Pad in Kitchener, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The party will start with Small Dog Hour, where small dogs 22 pounds and under can swim safely on their own time from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

There are food trucks and a variety of prizes.
