Mathematics is always changing.
That can lead to situations where a parent may want to help with their child’s homework but can’t.
To help alleviate that problem The Avon Maitland Parent Involvement Committee is holding a workshop tonight.
“Trends in Math – How We Can Support Our Students” will help bring parents up to speed on the changes to math teaching since they were in school.
The workshop begins at the Education Centre in Seaforth, 62 Chalk Street North, at 7:00 p.m.
