The driver involved in an accident with an Oxford County OPP cruiser has been charged.
The accident happened just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday night on the 401 near Blenheim Road.
Police say a 37-year-old Woodstock man has been charged with Careless Driving.
Both he and the officer suffered minor injuries.
The officer was sitting in the cruiser, which was parked on the shoulder, when it was hit from behind.
