Vista Radio, the owner and operator of 1240 CJCS and 107.7 2Day FM, has raised more than $1,000,000 for charity.
The company raised the money through the efforts of its 38 radio stations across Canada last week.
Here in Stratford the two stations raised about $16,000 for the CJCS-Kiwanis Christmas Basket fund.
The campaigns were for the inaugural Million Dollars for Charity Week.
All told Vista Radio collected $1,099,426.50 in donations.
