UPDATE: OPP release identity of man killed in early morning crash

The Huron County OPP has identified the man killed in a crash involving a deer this morning.  He was 39-year-old Errol Brown of London.

Brown was pronounced dead after being taken to hospital.  Of the four other men in the car two remain in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the men were in a van that hit a deer at around 3:30 a.m. south of Londesborough on London Road.  The driver lost control, veered off the road, went over a steep embankment and ended up in a shallow creek bed.

If you have any information about this crash you’re asked to call the Huron County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or (519) 524-8314.
