The Stratford Perth Community Foundation has announced the new Lloyd and Nancy Robertson Youth Initiative Fund. The SPCF says the Robertsons were inspired by their involvement in the Community Impact Celebration earlier this year.
There they heard first-hand accounts of the people touched by the SPCF’s community investment. Veteran broadcaster Lloyd grew up poor in Stratford and says he and his wife “want to help youth in Stratford and Perth County, who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in difficult circumstances.”
The SPCF says The Lloyd and Nancy Robertson Youth Initiative Fund will support organizations and projects that assist disadvantaged youth.
