Primmer could get dangerous offender tag after latest conviction

After yet another conviction a former Stratford man could be named a dangerous offender.

Justin Primmer, who now lives in London, has been found guilty of four charges after beating an ex-girlfriend and cutting her arms two years ago.

According to the London Free Press the 30-year-old will be back in court on July 30th.  At that point the Crown will begin the process of figuring out whether or not to pursue a dangerous or long-term offender designation.

Primmer has a history of violence.

He was convicted of manslaughter in 2003 for the stabbing death of Bill “Bonesy” Welch in Stratford.  He’s also been found guilty of assaulting a woman in London and another woman in Huntsville.
