The Stratford Chefs School has announced its next Joseph Hoare Gastronomic Writer in Residence. It’s New York City chef and author Gabrielle Hamilton.
She owns Prune in the East Village and her book, Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef, was a New York Times bestseller.
Hamilton will be in residence at the school from January 11th to the 23rd. The Writer in Residence is a one-of-a-kind program unique to Canada.
