There’s only one award that recognizes new home builders for their customer service.

A Stratford company could snag it this year.

The Tarion Awards of Excellence are handed out every year based on survey results from new homeowners.

Larry Otten Contracting in Stratford made the list.

They’ll find out on April 16th if they have won.
